Biografía

  • Berlin based Producer, Mixing Engineer and DJ. Owner and A&R of Sushitech Records.
Music has always been an integral part of my life. At home from an early age it’s always been about music. My father was a trumpet player and my older brother is a piano player and a composer. At the age of seven I started to play on the drums and this gave me another take on the music world. I first got in to electronic music when I was about 15 years old. This was after hearing the sounds of Carl Craig and The Orb – it blew me away. It was a desire to share my passion for music with other people that got me in to djing. I’ve never dreamt of being a big dj or someone that everybody knows, I just like to do my own thing and share my passion with people. From early on I was playing a lot of deeper music, I found this much more interesting than the other genres around. I’ve never felt the mainstream music, it’s hard for me to hear music that someone made with the sole intention of making cash. From an artists point of view, I must understand the artist and hear soul and real depth in the music and the process the artist has undergone. After a couple of year’s djing I started to produce my own music. I have played and produced music in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, I’ve also been one of the editors on Radio Jerusalem and in 2004 I moved to London and open my own record label Sushitech Records. My goal for the label is to release music that I love, and have a true desire for, with myself and the other artists that share the same vision.  Since then I had the chance to work with lots of artists and release music from the likes of Carl Craig and Baby Ford to name a few, and try to push this music I’m into forward and to develop my personal vision about this music world I’m living in. I’m currently living in Berlin and djing all around europe together with the label artists, working in the studio and trying to plough my thoughts and feelings in to the music. I’m also working with the label artists who are helping me to find another side of myself. With these kind of various collaborations between us, we share ideas and try to create something new. Over the years I started to develop a strong passion to sound and mix engineering. In 2013 I designed my own mixing room, Wood White Studios, there I'm producing, mixing and helping some of the label artists to develop their sound. As an artist and DJ I’m always trying to discover new music, I’m doing everything that I can feel, and there’s always something that inspires me to express my feelings into the music.
