WIGFLEX CITY FESTIVAL GENERAL INFO & SET TIMES (Please Read) Tickets swapped for a wristband at the Wristband Exchange (Minor Oak, Sneinton Market, 4 Gedling St, Nottingham NG1 1DS). Wristbands are required to allow entry to all music venues. Wristband Exchange will be open from 12pm-9pm. Entry after this time is strictly not permitted. If there’s an artist you’re desperate to see please arrive at the venue 1hr before to give yourself plenty of time. Once a venue is full, we will be operating a strict one-in-one-out policy - This is not in our control and will be entirely at the discretion of the door staff at each venue. If a venue reaches capacity, don’t worry- you will be no more than a 2 minute walk away from your next venue. Please move on swiftly from that venue and go explore one of the others. Any festival goers who refuse to move from any venue / place stipulated by our stewards / security staff will have their wristbands cut and entry will not be permitted to any other venues for the remainder of the festival. It is not possible to pay for access to individual venues or performances. Strictly no alcohol to be taken out / between venues. This is a licensing stipulation that spans across the whole city. ID: Strictly no ID no entry. ID will be required for entry at every venue as well as at wristband exchange. Accepted forms of ID: Passport, drivers license, national ID card. (all must be valid and signed) Entry will not be permitted to any attendees that fail to produce a valid form of ID upon inspection. This is entirely out of the control of Wigflex. Wigflex accept no responsibility for attendees who fail to enter the festival due to a lack of ID. WRISTBAND EXCHANGE: Minor Oak, Sneinton Market, 4 Gedling St, Nottingham NG1 1DS Open from 12pm-9pm. Entry after this time is strictly not permitted. GROUPS: If you’re travelling in a group and have purchased multiple tickets under one name we highly suggest all people attached to that ticket to arrive together. If this isn’t possible, please ensure all individuals print out of their own tickets. Tickets that have been scanned more than once will not be allowed entry. OPENING AND CLOSING TIMES: The first performances start at 1pm and the festival ends at 07:00 Monday morning. Please refer to the set times for stage opening and closing times. We recommend heading down at 12pm to collect your wristbands and avoid queueing. LAST ENTRY: Wristband exchange is open until 9pm. After this time entry is strictly not permitted. Each venue has a different closing time and as a rule of thumb last entry will be 2hrs before this time. For example, where a venue that has a closing time of 3am is concerned, you should aim to be there before 1am to guarantee entry. Wigflex accepts no responsibility for attendees not being allowed entry to a venue because they have arrived past the last entry time. SET TIMES: Set times are online now. They will also be visible at each venue and you will be handed a full festival line-up map when you collect your wristband. SAFE SPACE FOR ALL: Wigflex operate a zero tolerance bad behaviour policy. Act like trash and you’ll get dashed. This includes but is not limited to: aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, racism, sexism, homophobia, or transphobia. Our festival is a safe space for all. Any attendees who cause harm, abuse or distress to any persons at the festival will immediately be removed and their wristband will be cut without question. If you witness or are affected by any inappropriate behaviour then please report to a steward or member of security as soon as possible. We will endeavour to remove any offensive or inappropriate individuals from the festival site asap. If you begin to feel unwell at any point or see anyone who appears to be in distress please find a steward or member of security immediately. Wigflex will always help those in need no matter what the circumstance. Look after yourself and those around you. OUR STAFF: Wigflex pride ourselves on the professionalism of our staff and security teams. If you experience any behaviour that you think is inappropriate from any of our own staff please email [email protected] citing as much information as possible about the incident. AGE: Children are welcome exclusively at Sneinton Market between 3pm-9pm. Children will be given wristbands at the Minor Oak wristband exchange. Each child must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Child entry is permitted only with an adult paying ticket. All other venues operate a strict 18+ policy. We will be operating age checks on the door and Challenge 25 will be in operation at all bars. ACCESSIBILITY: We try to ensure that the event is as accessible as possible. If you or any of your friends have limited accessibility please speak to one of our team at the wristband exchange and we will endeavour to assist you as much as possible on the day. GUESTLIST: Guestlist & press wristbands will be handed out at Synthetic Pro Audio from 3pm-9pm. This will be operated very strictly and we advise getting down early to avoid any queueing. Tickets are not valid for wristband exchange arrivals after 9pm. SEARCH POLICY Security will be operating searches at all venues. By entering the festival you are consenting to be searched. Security and venue staff reserve the right to refuse anyone entry to the festival. Wigflex operates a zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs and legal highs. Please do not attempt to enter the festival carrying either as it may result in refusal of entry and/ or police involvement. Should you do anything to result in your removal from a venue for any reason then you risk having your wristband removed and entry to any other venue declined on the day. We advise bringing as little with you as possible – especially bags. All bags will be searched and even though some of the venues have cloakrooms, bag searches will significantly hold up the entry process. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email: [email protected]
