- Sunday 29th August :: SNAFU SUNDAY SPECIAL :: TIGA (TURBO RECORDINGS) Tiga should require little introduction. Turbo Recordings boss, and one of the names behind ZZT (the other being Zombie Nation), Tiga is considered the epitome of the electronic scene, and one of the biggest names on the international touring and festival circuit. Famous for his remix work for the likes of New Young Pony Club, Scissor Sisters' and Soulwax and the infamous remix of "Gary" by Alter Ego, Tiga is equally famous for his own productions, in particular his 2004 release on PIAS - "Pleasure From The Bass" and 2009's album CIAO featuring tracks "Mind Dimension" and "Shoes". Normally playing venues and festivals to crowds of thousands, he joins us in our tiny den of iniquity (well tiny in that 400 is a lot less than 5,000!) in his only non festival UK date this summer. . This is a pretty unique chance to see Tiga in such an intimate setting. What's that sound, i like that sound, i love that sound. It's the sound of my shoes..."
