- It’s about movement. A movement. Our movement. ~~ Fast-rising British duo Prospa join ABSOLUTE. in the LS-Thunderdome next Sunday, December 3. Prospa - aka Harvey Blumler and Gosha Smith - have quickly become one of the most exciting and new creative forces within dance music. Breaking onto the scene in 2018 with their club-hit 'Prayer', before rising through the ranks to grace the stage at venues such as Printworks, Boiler Room, Warehouse Project and Circoloco; the unmistakeable Prospa touch has garnered attention from the world's esteemed tastemakers including Kettama, DJ Seinfield and Skream. Now, the boys from Leeds return down under for a set at LS sure to send dancers into a spiral. We're also gearing up for a wave of 'big neon NRG' with the highly anticipated return of ABSOLUTE. Since his zesty debut appearance at our 2023 Mardi Gras celebration, we've been eagerly counting down the days until his return to the LS-booth. What might you expect? Think emotive house, hard-edged techno, divine disco, and euphoric rave - ABSOLUTE. can go anywhere, and sure knows how to bring the party. Rounding out the bill we welcome back the curator of Naarm's Hyper Hype event series, the up-and-coming underground sensation that is Bella Claxton; Nomad and FBi Radio host, Bria; and the head honcho of the Scenes collective, Crank. Lost Sundays: it's about movement, every Sunday in Sydney. ~~ From the people behind the Lost Paradise Festival and the Paradise Club nights comes Lost Sundays - an expression of rhythm and dance, each and every Sunday afternoon at the recently transformed ivy. With a diverse sound palette and a focus on championing high-quality local artists, residents and special guests, all are wellcome on our Lost Sundays dance floor.
