It won't take you long to realise that these have been a big influence within the industry that we love... In the early 90s MK (Marc Kinchen) earned a quick reputation as an American house music great, and is still probably one of the most influential house music artists of all time. Building a bridge between the house/garage sound and churning out a number of incredible tracks such as “Burning” and ”Always” as well as “Given” under the pseudonym 4th Measure Men. MK was also a very popular remixer and is responsible for an array of top remixes and edits for the likes of Jodeci, Nightcrawlers, Masters at Work, Bizarre Inc and many more… His tracks were instantly popular amongst industry heads across the world and have remained as popular ever since influencing the likes of Lee Foss and having artists such as Maya Jane Coles remixing his 4th Measure Men work… it is very unlikely that you haven’t had the pleasure of dancing to one of his many classics! Playing in London for the first time since 2008 we are very excited to finally have him back doing what he does best in a unique East London space. MK will be joined by his DJ partner in crime and brother Scottie Deep who also has a wealth of DJ and production experience. Together the two have continued their love of high-quality house music with DJ sets that leave crowds wanting more. Both will be playing a 3 hour B2B set which we guarantee will be as inspiring as it will be educational. For those that attended the Hot Natured party in Miami earlier this year will know what these guys are truly capable of and now they are back in London to rock it once again.... They are as entertaining to watch as they are a pleasure to hear combining extremely technical mixing with carnival style entertainment. With roots in the superb head turning deep house label - Lost My Dog Records - and a residency at tabula rasa, you will be seeing a lot more of these two as they share the decks with an ever growing ‘who’s who’ of house music – a list that includes Milton Jackson, Jimpster, Matt Tolfrey, Maya Jane Coles, Rhythm Plate, Charles Webster and so on and so forth! Having been spinning house records since the age of 13, Jedd is no stranger behind a set of decks which becomes obvious immediately for anybody that hasn't had the pleasure of seeing him play. After a dynamite season for Swankys Ibiza in 2009 and memorable killer sets at his other residencies: Teknicolor at Mint club in Leeds and for Paravana Project, Jedd has been killing dancefloors all over with his rolling, groovy sounds. Jedd's deep passion for underground house music, old and new, distinctive style and infectious enthusiasm allows him to deliver an impressive sound that is guaranteed to keep your feet moving and your heart pumping well into the early hours.
