Exclusive debut of Simon Stokes new live set.
Simon, originally from Edinburgh and now housed in Glasgow, has put himself on the world map with releases on Silicone Soul's darkroomDubs and a string of sought after work with Hans Bouffmyhre's highlight rated Sleaze label, the Minibus imprint out of Barcelona and huge tracks on Carl Cox favourite - Rekluse.
Simon Stokes has always been fascinated two things: sound and technology. The music he produces is inspired by the seasons, and he can happily flit between producing deep, dark techno in the long Scottish winter months, to upbeat Chicago-influenced, jazz-splattered house for the summer beach parties. Stokes' approach to music is all about personality, and it is this philosophy that sets him apart from the pack.
Snafu presents Simon's his first live set of the year, with DJ set support from Animal Farm + Sub Club resident Quail. Aberdeen's own Lunik completes the bill with her spell binding techno.
