Chew The Fat! & Eton Messy present Ian Pooley, Homework, A1 Bassline & more

  • CHEW THE FAT! & ETON MESSY After our hugely popular January sale clear-out, Chew The Fat! returns with another stellar line up, alongside up and coming YouTube wonderkids Eton Messy. £12.50 advance | £15 on the door www.thefatclub.com/tickets ●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●● Chew The Fat! & Eton Messy presents… A headline UK performance from the legendary house man Ian Pooley, fresh from the acclaimed release of his first studio LP since 2008, titled What I Do. Also, welcoming Dutch producers Homework, who last year followed up a string of strong releases on Exploited and Made To Play, by signing with Ralph Lawson’s lauded 20/20 Vision. Making a popular return to Chew The Fat! is our boy done good A1 Bassline. The past couple of years has seen him put out records on the likes of Dirtybird and Pets Recordings, as well as launch his second label project, Source Unknwn. Completing the Room 1 line up we have iDiOSYNC’s Josh Butler, the second Manchester based House starlet to join the MTA Records roster with his Got A Feeling EP, and fellow Mancunian Alex Blaxx, who recently put out his debut The Evening News EP on Buzzin Fly, which went on to chart in Mixmag’s BIG TUNES for January. Room 2 proceedings will be taken care of by the enigmatic Eton Messy boys who have taken YouTube and Soundcloud by storm over the past 12 months, with their own impeccable selection of chilled House vibes and leftfield Garage. They’ve invited some of their most popular recurring producers in Apple Bottom, Justus Recording’s TCTS and Bristol based Sly-One. Definitely not to miss! Joining them in Room 2 are the Transmission Collective, a collective of Leeds based house producers who recently debuted for us at our free party at Catch bar in February. With three releases already in the bag for TC, we’re looking forward to what else they have to share in 2013. Leading light Kahwe has the next release for Above & Beyond’s Anjunadeep imprint out this month. The three track 90s inspired Driving Me Wild EP, sets up Kahwe for a promising year ahead. ●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●● SATURDAY 16th MARCH 10:00pm - 6:00am Cable London 33 Bermondsey St, London SE1 3JW £12.50 advance | £15 on the door www.thefatclub.com/tickets www.facebook.com/EtonMessy www.soundcloud.com/EtonMessy
