François K's dub-centric New York party has some hefty headliners on the calendar for the next month.
Deep Space NYC has outlined its schedule for the next month.
The long-running party, started up by local legend François K, happens (almost) every Monday night at Cielo in Manhattan with a focus on the dubbier end of dance music. Legendary producer and dub mixer Adrian Sherwood will be the guest of honour next Monday, June 16th, alongside Mr. Kevorkian. The latter will play on his lonesome the next week, and there's free entry before 11 PM if you bring an electronic flyer.
June 30th should be a remarkable night for Deep Space, when they bring live dub performer Gaudi over for his New York debut. The Italian artist has had a prolific release schedule over the years, working with artists like The Orb and Lee "Scratch" Perry. He'll be joined by recent collaborator Danny Ladwa. Finally, King Britt will celebrate the release of his new album as Fhloston Paradigm on July 7th, with a special hybrid live and DJ "sci-fi set" all night long.
Tickets for the Sherwood and Gaudi events are available on RA.
